Developer of large residential/resort community projects is seeking a Construction PM to add to their growing team:
· Work with Project Directors to establish project budgets and schedules;
· Engage and direct the design team and other project consultants;
· Coordinate major design decisions with the Project Director;
· Track project key performance indicators (KPI’s) and report them to Project Directors;
· Alert Project Directors to project bottlenecks and issues that could impact the projected KPI’s;
· Prepare and submit applications to regulatory agencies;
· Obtain third-party bids and obtain budget approval from Project Directors;
· Work with financial analysts to create and maintain project financial models that match the latest project budgets and schedules;
· Coordinate with the project marketing and sales team;
· Ensure project property taxes, insurance policies and premiums, and utilities are kept current;
· Facilitating meetings between project team members;
· Work with accounting to maintain project operating accounts, reserve accounts, and receive/pay project invoices;
· Travel to project locations to conduct site observations and/or meet with consultants
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science in Construction Management
· 5-10 years experience working on large residential and/or resort community construction projects
