Superintendent- Luxury Developer Park City

 

Responsible for managing the daily construction process for the project from permit approval through job completion and project turnover. Assigned the authority to perform daily coordination and direction of all work so that it is safe, within budget, on schedule, to the company’s quality standards and to the owner’s satisfaction.

 

Responsible for planning and scheduling daily activities, organizing trade partners and suppliers, procurement of materials, manpower of trade partners, deployment and coordination of equipment, and all safety, dust, and storm water management. Must also schedule and coordinate with Code Officials, as well as other construction professionals such as Architects, Engineers, 3rd Party Inspectors, which includes logging and management of RFI’s and submittals as required. They will directly interact with supporting office staff such as Purchasing/Estimating, Accounting, and Senior Management.

They are directly responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of the project.

 

Looking for candidates with BS Degree in Construction Management and/or 5 plus years of experience working on commercial building projects of 20 million or more.
