Government Contracts Administrator

Manages bid process and negotiates business terms and/or contracts for complex government bids. Interfaces with internal clients and internal and external counsel to provide effective support. Prepare and assess responses to requests for SOWs, and responses to RFIs, RFQs and RFPs. Reviews and updates templates in accordance with best practices. Stays apprised of changing laws or regulations which may impact the company or its commercial agreements. Update or terminate existing contracts as necessary. Ensure organizational compliance with contract terms.

  • Extensive experience with contract negotiation
  • Experience working with government bids
  • Experience working in a law firm and in-house corporate legal position is a plus
  • Bachelors degree and 5 years experience with contract negotiation and a minimum of 2 years of experience working on government bids
