- Helping prepare budgets and timelines for new projects
- Reviewing progress against budgets and areas of concern
- Identifying new vendors that can be used in different areas to help increase reliability and save money
- Comparing per unit costs across projects and identifying saving opportunities
- Resolving issues related to POs/billing for vendors/subs
- Other duties as needed by the Head of Construction
Works on a variety of project types including multifamily, single family, office, industrial, and more.
- 1+ years experience as an estimator or in a similar role.
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Ideally proficient in Builder MT and Sage (not required, but helpful)
- Familiar with building process, budgeting, timeline prep, negotiations, etc.
