Accountant- Hybrid remote/onsite



  • Have total ownership of Fixed Assets
  • Have total ownership of Rebates
  • Track the company’s Prepaid Assets
  • Reconcile Sales Tax on a monthly basis
  • Assist in the month end close
  • Work with all departments to correct any problems with billing or inventory as required
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports
  • Have a strong understanding of the general ledger and how things are booked
  • Understanding of the collection of sales taxes and knowledge of the filings required
  • Perform other accounting, financial or administrative needs as may be required, quite often on short notice by the CFO and Controller.



  • BS in Accounting and 1-3 years experience
  • Strong understanding of the general ledger
  • Proficient in MS Office intermediate MS Excel experience
  • Experience with Avalara/Sales Tax, and Experience with Fixed Assets
