Duties:
- Have total ownership of Fixed Assets
- Have total ownership of Rebates
- Track the company’s Prepaid Assets
- Reconcile Sales Tax on a monthly basis
- Assist in the month end close
- Work with all departments to correct any problems with billing or inventory as required
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports
- Have a strong understanding of the general ledger and how things are booked
- Understanding of the collection of sales taxes and knowledge of the filings required
- Perform other accounting, financial or administrative needs as may be required, quite often on short notice by the CFO and Controller.
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting and 1-3 years experience
- Strong understanding of the general ledger
- Proficient in MS Office intermediate MS Excel experience
- Experience with Avalara/Sales Tax, and Experience with Fixed Assets
